Welcome to Alliance UK (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), a trading style of AllianceUk Limited. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions of sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms apply to all transactions on our website.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (commonly referred to as the Distance Selling Regulations), consumers have the right to cancel their order and return goods within 14 days of receipt. This right applies to orders where goods are purchased for personal use and not for resale or business purposes. Full details of the Distance Selling Regulations can be found here.
Consumers wishing to return goods must notify us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Exclusions: The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to contracts for goods or services worth £42 or less. This means consumers may not have cancellation rights under these regulations for low-value orders.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales: Orders placed by businesses are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. Business customers do not have the right to cancel or return goods unless the items are defective. Business sales are final, and any returns are subject to our discretion. Our products are intended for end-user consumption and are packaged accordingly. If you choose to resell our products, you do so at your own discretion. By reselling, you agree to be bound by B2B terms, and you acknowledge that consumer protections under the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to you.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from the resale of our products, including but not limited to packaging, labelling, or product compliance with local regulations.
Please be aware that our items are packaged for end users and not for commercial resale. Buyers who resell our products accept full responsibility for ensuring that the products comply with resale regulations and requirements in their jurisdiction.
We take great care in ensuring that our products arrive in good condition. If you receive defective or damaged goods, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To report a defect, please contact our customer service team with your order details and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of damaged goods).
Any defects or issues reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for return or refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We aim to deliver your order promptly and efficiently. If you are not available to receive the delivery, our couriers may leave the goods in a safe place. Unless you have specified otherwise during checkout, the decision to leave goods in a safe place is at our discretion. Once the goods have been delivered to the specified address or safe place, you accept full responsibility for them.
6.1: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. We will make two attempts to deliver your goods. If both attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us, and you will automatically receive a refund for the product price, minus the shipping fee. Any variance between the actual shipping costs incurred and the amount originally paid for shipping will be deducted from the refund.
6.2: Pallet deliveries are kerbside only and must be attended by the recipient. The driver is not obligated to move goods beyond the kerbside or to any other location within the premises.
6.3: Offshore and remote deliveries will usually be dispatched as soon as possible; however, actual delivery times cannot be guaranteed and will vary depending on the delivery location.
6.4: We will use reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates; however, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage due to delivery delays.
6.5: Risk in the goods transfers to the customer at the time of delivery. Title to the goods will not pass until full payment has been received for the goods in question.
6.6: Goods delivered are used, stored, and installed at the customer's own risk. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, or disruption caused by such use. Additional charges and conditions may apply to installation/disconnection services if ordered.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted exclude Value Added Tax ("VAT"). VAT will be charged in accordance with relevant regulations at the time of the order.
Occasionally, errors may cause the price or description of goods to be incorrect. We are under no obligation to honour any incorrect prices or orders based on such errors.
Alliance UK's Price Match Promise applies to any lower published price for a like-for-like product offered on the same terms in the UK. "Like-for-like" means goods must be of the same brand and specification and offered with the same delivery service and warranty. The competitor must have stock availability at the time of ordering. The price will not be matched if there are hidden extras such as delivery charges. To qualify, the price must be published in writing. This Price Match Promise excludes comparisons with companies within our corporate group.
All equipment is supplied with a one-year return-to-base warranty unless otherwise stated. It is the consumer's responsibility to return the product to us in the event of a warranty claim. Further warranty terms may apply based on the product in question.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the sale, delivery, or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms before placing an order.
